Fees and insurance

What it costs, before you book.

All of it is here. Nothing is quoted only in person.

Your first visit

Initial assessment — eighty minutes — $125

One appointment, one clinician, and enough time to examine the problem properly rather than the ten minutes around it. Treatment usually starts the same visit.

Visits after that

How long you need depends on what we are working on, and we decide it together at the end of each visit.

20 minutes$55
30 minutes$70
40 minutes$90
60 minutes$115
75 minutes$145
Reassessment$100

There is a gap after every appointment. It is why I run on time, and why nobody gets hurried out to make room for the next person.

Acupuncture, soft tissue work and CranioSacral therapy are part of a visit, not an extra charge. Which of them I use is a clinical decision, not a menu.

Custom orthotics

$450, including the casting appointment

The casting itself takes about ten minutes. The fee covers the orthotics, which are made to your feet and take a few weeks to come back. Most extended health plans cover some or all of it — bring your policy details and I will check before you commit to anything.

Insurance and direct billing

I can bill most extended health plans directly, so you usually pay only the portion your plan doesn't cover. Bring your policy and certificate numbers to the first visit and I'll check what you have before you pay anything.

If your plan isn't one I can bill directly, I'll give you a receipt with everything it needs on it.
